It’s been a whirlwind of a week, spending holiday time with the twins in Clare, getting away to Kilkenny for a night with the other half and play-centres, with a few shops sneaked into here and there! Gremlins mean I am posting my regular Friday fashion on a Saturday!
I was delighted to find a beautiful childrens’ clothing and wooden toy shop in Kilkenny and a brilliant sales rail to boot! For once my son’s wardrobe was filled with new buys from here but there are lots of gorgeous girls clothing on offer here too and I will be back with more time next time to shop the girls section.
I couldn’t leave this really cute fire engine jumper behind, and the quality is just amazing, it will be lovely and soft against the skin. This hoodie was in the boys section but I bought it with herself in mind but with boy girl twins this is a hoodie which can pass easily between the two.
I love finding good childrens’ shops and I will definitely be back to help Santa choose some great quality wooden toys from this little treasure trove .
Popping into Dunnes I love the mix and match here with the mustard granda collar top, baseball coat or for rainy yet warm days the yellow gillet is a great buy too. I love the matching thread in the little jeans too. I saw these lovely boots which would pair well with this outfit or if laces are a bugbear then these brown velcro shoes are great value too.
Staying in Dunnes for girls, this grey check dress made it home with me. With herself going through a growth spurt I always try to buy dresses that later can be paired with leggings when they get too short and can be worn as a tunic too.
These boots also instore would go lovely with this dress and black tights.
I put together a few pieces here to show some mix and matches, from casual looks to more dressy looks. The loveheart top works with this gorgeous grey flower embroidered tutu which was 14euro, and for a more casual look how cute it this pink skirt with tights included. For a more dressed down look these plum coloured jeans are a good buy.
I love the colours on this floral dress which the grey boots would pair up nicely with too.
Unicorn obsessed boys and girls will love these little storage boxes starting from 6euro in Dunnes.
For Mammy this week staying in Dunnes I love seeing all the coatigans and scarves coming instore, paired with this gorgeous grey spacious handbag it will see you through Autumn.
.
I got a chance to go into Born on my own and saw these fab leather pieces which can be mixed and matched ,dressed up or down. I love leather and these pant have a great sheen to them , they are more jean like with pockets on the back and I love the ruched design on the front. I fell in love with this dress aswell which they had layered this collared jumper underneath.
I found another beautiful coatigan in Born hidden in a corner of the shop, the quality of this is great and is so soft to touch.
How amazing is this mustard jumpsuit,it would be gorgeous at a Autumn/Christmas wedding.
Lastly in Born I picked up this floral frilled cold shoulder tea dress from the sale rail for only 10euro! It is very loose so I paired it with a skinny belt and a pink coatigan I picked up in Penneys this week .
Here is a closer pic of the pink coatigan, it is so soft and cosy and will go with everything, possibly layering this pearl detail jumper underneath or worn over this gorgeous blue floral dress.
Hope you all have a lovely weekend, would love to see anything you purchase in the comments 🙂
