Happy Friday everyone ! I had to pick up some pieces for the twins for playschool and for playwear and have a few pieces I will share over the next few weeks on the blog and over on Instagram once I take pictures of them properly, but in the meantime I took a few pictures of what else is in new stock which grabbed my eye for kids. A few pieces caught my eye for women also but I am on a spending ban right now so all I am doing is admiring from afar!
Since the twins were born I’ve been a fan of Tesco kids-wear, the quality has yet to fail the rough and tumble of my two and I really think they are up there with their prints and designs for both boys and girls, I only wish the boys section was larger ! This tractor print track suit caught my eye and I’m sure would please any tractor obsessed little boy, the inside of both the pants and jumper are fleece lined so perfect for this time of year. Whilst I didn’t pick up this I did bring home a sports car print of the same tracksuit in a grey background for my little guy. I also love this khaki and navy fleece lined jumper which would pair over jeans or indeed tracksuits bottoms also.
Hoodies and denim shirts are a favourite here and throw dinosaurs into the mix and you are onto a winner for little boys, the beauty of this is it can be layered with a t-shirt underneath or worn with the arms rolled up later on when the weather gets milder. The brave slogan jumper is another cute jumper in Tesco and finishing up the pictures is this gorgeous colourful shower resistant coat for boys which means you will have no problem identifying your child in a busy playground!
In Tesco for girls whether you are still in a Winter buying mood or embracing Spring which is around the corner you have your picks of some gorgeous pinafore sets in-store. These three in particular caught my eye and if they came in women’s sizes I would have bought them for myself! Price-wise they came in at approximately sixteen euro are lovely soft denim and cotton materials and can be worn with layers for now and on their own come Spring.
How fabulous is this leopard print tunic dress for girls, and it is only twelve euro!! It’s a perfect mid-season dress, wear with a cardigan and tights or leggings now and bare-legged in summer with tan sandals.
And lastly what says Spring more than yellow prints, I love the vibrancy of this sequin flower jumper.
Pop over to my Instagram http://www.instagram.com/dodeestodaquiris stories to see more videos of the Disney range in Primark it is just adorable. I really wish Penneys would cater more for younger boys as the boys section is vastly understocked with limited choice and there was no hint of any Disney merchandise, I do find the occasionally nice clothing for my son there and did pick up a cute polo t-shirt for our Summer holidays but everything else was army print or superhero, boys like colour too ! Back to Disney ,feast your eyes on this girls playsuit and runners!!
In Penneys for women I love the injection of colour in these shopper bags and think they clash brilliantly with this blue longer length tea-dress. I have some more videos of tea-dresses over on Instagram. And I know this mustard piece is technically a nightgown but it is too pretty to just be seen indoors, I think it would be gorgeous over a pair of frayed denim shorts and a white camisole in the Summer.
I hope you have a lovely weekend and if you are out and about in this stormy weather that you take care xx
