The denim shirt for B arrived from Next and I couldn’t resist resharing this as it’s even cuter than the picture. It’s a perfect little shirt, lightweight and short sleeved for the warmer weather or layered with a long sleeved white T-Shirt for colder days.
When I saw it I knew it would go perfectly with these sunny and bright yellow jogger jeans from Mothercare. There are extremely soft and therefore comfortable for little boys , I don’t like how skinny jeans restrict boys from playing although maybe I should invest in a pair or two to stop my climber from climbing everything!
The colour is so rich and fun and will carry us through spring/summer hopefully paired with lots of different T-Shirt combos, my favourite T-shirt being this blue & white Boat print from Mothercare also.
For herself some of these bargains came from the Dunnes mid season sale . I have had a denim shirt from Marks & Spencers for her for awhile now unsure what to pair it with and this pink pleated skirt is adorable matched with it, I just need a pair of sneakers now to match so I’m on the lookout if anyone sees something give me a shout!
Continuing the denim theme do you ever look at kids clothes and wish they had your size? This dress which I matched with a blue & white chunky cardi is a print I’d love for myself. I will tie in to the little brown knot belt with her brown leather boots. The cardigan comes in pink and white too and is perfect for layering at the moment.
Staying in Dunnes for myself this jumper was a steal at only 10 euro. It’s functional yet the frill gives it a nice lift over a pair of jeans and runners. It’s a nice light jumper for this time of year and will be great for running around after the twins in.
I am loving all the brighter colours arriving in and in new stock this lemon and white striped flounce sleeved top will look great over a pair of white skinnes.
I also spotted this pleated skirt in the sale and paired it with this grey frill cotton top (7 euro!) , unfortunately my hips don’t pass the test . I think you need a more flat hip shape to carry off these skirts but it looks fab with this top and a nice pair of converse type shoes would be lovely with this for a daytime look or with barely there heels to carry you through to evening . I got this top in a fuschia colour and it comes in white and black too.
Lastly because I am always searching for a new “Mammy” bag now that I have entered the toddler era and whilst I adored my pink lining twice as nice bag I want something more “me” these days , Dunnes have these HUGE shopper bags for only 30euro in cream and black. Best bit they come with a second smaller removable canvas bag inside for all your loose bits, leaving the outer buttoned part free for a few nappies and snacks . The cream one is definitely on my wish list !
Happy Friday everyone and have a lovely weekend 🙂
