Somewhere I forget for our little men because their store section is small in Limerick is Boots. Whenever I am in store it reminds me of their online shop where you can get just about anything, amongst the many things on offer are the most gorgeous clothes!
These are just a few pieces in the Limerick store right now. A sucker as always for checkered shirts this would be lovely with a stone-wash denim or deep black chino over the Christmas. The alien long sleeved top was lovely and warm with a fun print and the navy and red jumper is for the cutest little men in our lives!
When I went home that evening I went online and was pleased to see that the kids pyjamas were included in the buy one get one half price offer. I ordered these Christmas pyjamas for the twins and as always the quality impresses me. They are not fleece lined but extremely cosy and soft to touch for sensitive skin. The tartan pants on both are really soft too and I love the little sparkle going through the girls bottoms.
Heatons continue to impress me with their boys collections, and these are just a few pieces in the shops now, perfect for any space obsessed toddlers with lots of rocket prints. The long sleeved tops range from only four euro to some of the jumpers coming in at only seven euro, perfect for playwear/playschool.
There are far too many Christmassy clothing in Heatons for boys currently so here are a few tops and jumpers I liked .I love the little dickie bow on the polar bear jumper!
But the real surprise for me this week was stumbling onto a new childrens clothing shop in Limerick! I popped into Dorothy Perkins on Childers road Limerick and discovered the most adorable kids clothing line called Outfit in the Dorothy Perkins section. I could have filled my camera with pictures but was only on a quick lunch stop so I will be heading back here over the weekend to get a proper look but here is a sample of what is in store for boys. There was lots of cosy knits and they feel to be really good quality . The finishing details of buttons on the red knit jumper is gorgeous. There is plenty of checkered shirts, monochrome pieces and the most cool red lightning bolt tracksuit which will brighten up any miserable rainy day! And how cool is the little blazer, it would be fab with a white shirt and grey jeans for a dressy outfit over Christmas.
Boots always have the most beautiful Christmas knits for children. I was raging these two pieces were not in the kids size the day I was in , especially when they were in their baby event offer of buy one get one free. These are in the Mini range so for anyone with babies and younger toddlers I would snap these up quick online or in the shops.
Can we just take a second to lust over this little girls fleece lined coat in Heatons for only twenty euro! How fab would it be be paired with the navy embroidered dress on the left, tights and brown ankle boots on any little girl!
Two Christmas girls items here, with a really cute pyjamas set for only ten euro and a reindeer bauble Christmas jumper. I love Heatons rainbow print range for girls and this pinafore is one I haven’t seen before and would be lovely on with tights and boots for cosy playwear.
I mentioned the new childrens shop Outfit in the Dorothy Perkins store in Limerick One on Childers road and I think I have fallen in love with every single girls piece in there. there was jumpers, jeans, tutus, dresses in all shades and these were a few of my favourite pieces.
This knit, tulle dress comes in both an edgier black print or the cream and gold version ,both equally gorgeous. And this little leopard print tunic dress also comes in a long sleeved top which could be paired with dark denims beautifully.
I think I squealed out loud when I saw this little girls coat!! It is just divine, there are no words. Ok it seems to only be in size 5 and up but I will be back to see if it can be ordered in a smaller size, I need herself to have this.
Heatons continue to catch my eye with their lace dresses and these two beauties (which was out in lemon during the Summer)will see you through any event or party over the Christmas and well into next year.
Only for I have Penneys version of this dress which came out earlier this year, I would have bought this embroidered dress. It will look as good bare legged with stiletto boots and a leather jacket for a night out to paired with thick cosy black knit tights and ankle boots for a casual day look.
Another two lovely smock dresses in Heatons perfect for this time of year are these navy leopard print and floral dresses.
In Dorothy Perkins once I dragged myself away from the kids section I spotted these red beauties! They would be lovely matching under both these knit dresses during Winter and colder months. A knit jumper dress is a wardrobe staple and cable knit is a classic piece ,plus it’s on offer too! The cream jumper dress has a lovely flared cuff and also has 20% off at the moment.
I cannot wait to enjoy the bank holiday weekend and dress up with the kids. We have over the years had some really good dress up parties, no matter what the occasion and this Halloween we have one costume theme for the four of us which we all love. So happy Halloween everyone and have a lovely bank holiday weekend in Ireland.
