One for him, one for her and one for Mammy.Friday fashion.

Another Friday has come around at last and ignoring the obvious cold that has crept back in today I am looking to the Spring Summer ahead as are the shops with some lovely pieces in store for children and women.

In Penneys for boys this week I was delighted to see my old favourite, the grandad collared shirts return in some new prints for boys. These are so versatile, they are dressy yet casual and team with jeans, chinos and shorts for a more formal Summer/occasion look . Here are a few of what is in-store in Limerick this week.

I paired two of the shirts with these gorgeous coloured chinos for toddlers and whilst they have a myriad of colours in the pants  I think you can play with colour on little boys and these pale blue and light red skinny legs are gorgeous.

Every year since the twins were born I buy these chino shorts in Penneys, I thought ahead last year and in the end of season sale I picked the next size up for next to nothing. However at ten euro they do last, I like the quality of these shorts and even with plenty of beach days and dinners out and about they have stood the test of my little man.

I particularly like these shades I spotted and there are some nice T-shirts coming in which would pair nicely with these and the 3/4 denim shorts out now too.

Staying in Penneys for girls this week I fell in love with some of their swimwear for toddler girls. How cute are these swimsuits! The watermelon and rainbow prints caught my eye, I love bright and cheery prints for toddlers.

Carrying on the watermelon theme I picked up this dress for A, sizing looked a bit small so I actually bought a 5/6 and will try it on her tomorrow. This was an absolute steal and is a perfect little Summer beach dress, I want this for myself:)

I had a few of these five euro cotton dresses last year for A and again I was surprised at how well they washed and for the few really hot days we got they fit the bill perfectly, This animal print in particular caught my eye this week , I love the orange frill on the straps.

Thinking ahead to Easter this little floral print dress would be lovely paired with a bright yellow or coral cardigan over the break.20180223_162447

This dotty denim jumpsuit is gorgeous and can be layered over now with converse and a gillet and worn with sandals in warmer weather.

I absolutely love this white T and string strap pinafore dress for little girls, the fabric is a really soft denim and is a lovely floaty little dress ,meaning comfort for our little girls . I’d pair this again with a cute pair of converse with a cardigan for now ,it would be lovely on colder days with chunky tights and a doc type boot aswell. Penneys still have a few offers on boots for girls so you could pick up a bargain pair .

And lastly for little girls this week , I love this frill pocket cuffed denim harem pants and this soft blue suedish biker jacket would match any of the looks here on the blog today.

lastly for any toy story mad kids I saw these two pieces for children in Penneys and only hope there is more coming soon!

For women this week, oh my lord the bags in Penneys are just devine at the moment, and absolute steals. I think the dearest here was fourteen euro! I picked the best that I spotted in terms of quality and design.

The turquoise and pink combo would make any outfit pop and would be fab at a wedding with plenty of room inside for all the essentials

It’s pink and it has the cutest bow on it and it is a bargain girls!  A shoulder strap is optional meaning it will take you from day out to nighttime no bother.

Only for I have a blush purse bag this was coming home with me. I love the subtle shade with minimal gold bar lock on this clutch. The picture doesn’t do this bag justice, there is beauty in the simplicity of it and it feels lovely too.

The Chloe inspired bag is here to stay and I love this teal version in-store right now.20180223_154706

And finally this floral embroidered studded clutch bag ( with shoulder strap) is so so pretty and again is quite roomy inside.

And now for the shoes,I had to drag myself away from these two pairs, I have nothing to match them but if you were on the hunt for a fab shoe to compliment a Communion/Confirmation/Wedding outfit look no further. How stunning are these limited edition shoes. The pink satin shoes with statement flower are very pretty and I love the grey with the cobalt blue contrast floral shoes aswell.

These snake print shoes and pink style also caught my eye as a pretty shoe to wear under a plain back dress, this would pair beautifully with the pink clutch earlier or the pink bowed bag.

I felt I had stumbled into Zara when I saw this gorgeous red embroidered bell sleeved dress, blue and white cheesecloth dress and floral ruffle dress in Penneys for women this week. There was no ten in-store in the first dress, with the twelve being quite baggy, I did try it on with a belt I had on ,but ideally you want this to be a loose shift, so I will try and find a ten in this to try it on. I adore the sleeves and print of this dress.

Again the striped dress was quite large fitting and the ten fit me perfectly, even across the bust, this is a gorgeous Summer day dress and extremely comfortable to wear. Lastly the floral ruffle dress in the twelve fit but I think this dress would suit the less hourglass ,full bust figure but it is a really pretty dress all the same.

A bardot dress is a must for Summer and this yellow laser cut dress is cute, it is a little opaque so would work well as a beach /poolside cover up or you could later this gorgeous khaki floral kimono style cardigan over it . I also really like this mustard long sleeved aztec print dress, no smaller sizes were left in this so I imagine it was snapped off the rails unfortunately as I would have loved it !

The bardot dress also came in this lovely denim and white print , again very similar to a dress I only got in Zara recently.  And I liked these pink and grey runners for a casual day time shoe, they would be a nice day-time look under this soft denim playsuit.

Lastly I loovvvee this pink floral satin trim playsuit( also comes in black), its quite generous fitting, again I tried on the ten, and Penneys have some gorgeous lace bralets in stock that I would wear under this as you cannot pull the waist tighter on this so it does hang a little on the bust. That being said its a gorgeous, comfortable playsuit,

And lastly it wouldnt be a blog without a blazer these days, this dotty one is lovely with 3/4 sleeves!

So ,overall lots in-store in Penneys for women ,toddler boys and toddler girls this week. I feel there is going to be a large drop soon in women and cannot wait to see what is coming next, based on the pieces I saw this week.

Have a good weekend everyone:)
