Brown off the meat in pan for few minutes with a little shake of garlic and paprika as it browns on a medium heat.
Remove beef and add chopped onions, garlic and mushrooms with a little water and rub the beef juices off the bottom of the pan and let the mushrooms and onion soften for a few minutes.Add your Worcestershire sauce, small amount of Tumeric, more paprika and garlic granules and then add one litre of beef stock aswell as two tablespoons of wholegrain mustard.When the liquid has reduced down add a tub of Creme fraiche and let the sauce thicken.Add the beef back in a few minutes before serving and there you have it delicious but quick and easy stroganoff, serve with rice pasta or potato with some green vegetables on the side.
A good loaf of crusty white bread is lovely to mop up the leftover sauce.
