Homemade crispy chicken drumsticks

Ingredients
Panko breadcrumbs (half a bag for approx 12 drumsticks)
Lemon pepper (you can get this in most shops I get mine in Tiger or Mr. Price) 3 tablespoons
Onion powder 2 tablespoons
Garlic powder 2 tablespoons
Tumeric 2 tablespoons
Paprika 2 tablespoons
Salt 1 tablespoon
Egg
Rapeseed spray oil

I use my airfryer to cook these and honestly they are so juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside and take alot less time cooking this way but they can also be oven baked or deep fried if you want.
Follow your own ovens cooking guidelines for cooking the chicken.

Method
Mix all your dry ingredients together and dip the drumsticks first in the beaten egg and then the crumb mix giving the chicken a generous coating of the crumb.

Put them into the heated airfryer at 180 to 200 for approximately twenty five minutes and spray every so often with  the low calorie rapeseed oil spray until the chicken is cooked through.

Serve with homemade chunky chips and coleslaw and enjoy. The best bit is these taste as good cold so they make a perfect snack or lunch too.
